every voice matters. every wish is preserved
living remembrance
For those facing terminal illness, in hospice care, or mourning a recent loss, I offer a heartfelt, intentional service to honor your loved one with a living remembrance.
gathering
In partnership with you, I listen deeply to your wishes and help prioritize the elements that will create a lasting, meaningful celebration of life. Together, we gently explore options for venues, caterers, and other providers who share our commitment to care.
Coordination
I coordinate every detail—from the thoughtful arrangement of rituals, music, and visual tributes to personalized roles for family and friends—ensuring that every moment reflects the love and legacy you wish to honor.
In addition, I can lead the service or work with you to design roles that invite everyone to participate comfortably. This collaborative approach creates a gathering where every contribution is cherished, turning the celebration into a shared, compassionate tribute to your loved one.
Service pricing is tailored to your specific wants and needs. Following our initial consultation, which is free of charge, I will create a service plan/pricing for us to move forward.
Presence & Legacy Record Service
Honoring Every Voice, Capturing Every Wish
This service offers a compassionate space for families and loved ones to engage in heartfelt conversations about hopes, wishes, and future intentions—whether or not the person who is dying chooses to be involved.
As your caring advocate, I guide gentle discussions, ask meaningful questions, and help each voice be heard. Together, we distill these reflections into a clear record of wishes, providing a legacy document for your family to refer to when the time is right.
This collaborative, supportive process ensures that every desire and memory is honored, fostering a sense of unity and thoughtful care for the future.

“I met Karin through the Peaceful Presence Project, an end of life doula non-profit in Central Oregon. Karin's attention to detail, caring approach, and knowledgable questions made planning my husband's remembrance/memorial as smooth as I could have imagined. She invited my participation in the planning but also confidently took the reins when I wasn't up for it. Karin's leadership on the day gave me the mental space I needed to be present and grieve with our friends and family. I am eternally grateful for all of her skillful support during the most painful time of my life.” - Erin Walker

a holy thing
to love
